Also the company employs qualified and experienced renewable energy experts who can offer design services of reliable and cost-effective solar systems.

Installations of designed systems are done by technicians working in solar field for equipments in areas where there is no grid connection.

Mr. Mzumbe Mussa (Managing Director and Board Director) - graduated in Msc.in Renewable Energy in 2000 from Oldenburg University , Germany . He has 11 years experience in renewable energy after working with several organizations in Tanzania . He worked as Manager of the KARADEA Solar Training Facility, the first training centre of solar technicians in East and Central Africa for 5 years. He has worked as consultants for training and businesses with different organization including TATEDO and UMEMEJUA Ltd, FREDKA international Ltd . He worked for UNDP/GEF solar project as a National Project Coordinator for 4 years in Tanzania . He is the co-founder of RESCO (T) Ltd.

Mrs. Elizabeth Kingu (Board Director) - graduated in Msc. in Renewable Energy in 1995 from Oldenburg University . She has renewable energy experience. She has designed and supervised installation of various systems including application of solar PV for water pumping. She holds Masters in Business Administration from University of Dar Es Salaam . She is currently working as Assistant Director, Ministry of Water and Irrigation.She is the co-founder of RESCO (T) LTD.
